been in the service sector, he had the

of the Industry. He translated this experience
to design, one of the most practical,
user-friendly and easily adaptable Business
Model's, which identifies with the ways
of doing business by the Chemical Industry. |

He currently holds CMC Chair of Professorship
in Information Technology at IIM-A. Dr.Bhatnagar
is also in the board of governor of the
Institute and has served as its Dean in
the past. His recent assignment has been
with the World Bank in Washington in the
area of E-Governance.
